Full-time with fair pay
During the lateral entry program, you will receive a fair full-time salary so that you don't have to worry about a second job or financial bottlenecks, but can focus on learning.
Direct mentoring
Through personal and daily contact with your senior developer and mentor, you always have a contact person who will get you through the learning period.
Learning from a living project
No boring HowTos or courses - with us you learn on our in-house product, which grows and lives with you - or you accompany us as a "shadow" on customer projects.
What you will learn
We would like to give you an overview of the learning steps that await you over the next 6 months.
Of course, these will be individually tailored to you and coordinated with your personal mentor.
Finances
Onboarding
During the first 3 months you will receive a full-time salary of 2500 € for 40 hours a week.
Intensification
During your 4th to 6th month of learning, you are already a first aid in the code and can look forward to € 2800.
Developer
From the 7th month you are "fully trained" with us and ready for your first project. Your basic salary will earn you €3000 per month.
Project
As soon as you work as a developer on a project for a client, you will receive at least €3500 per month.
Certificates
You have the opportunity to master certificates paid for by us during the first 6 months. If you manage this, you will receive an additional €250 bonus.
Full-time expertise
If you fully convince a client and you have at least a 90% workload in a project, we will upgrade you to at least 4000 € / month.
Entry into IT
The first step is hard, so we are there for you and with you. With us, you don’t learn through boring online courses or by plowing through HowTos, with us you learn on a live project and with experienced support.
Mentoring
Your personal coach, a senior developer, is there for you in your everyday life, accompanies you on your way and helps you over every stumbling block.
You as a shadow
From a certain level of knowledge, you go into projects with your mentor and accompany them in their daily work. This means you see real code at the customer's site and face real problems.
Desired setup
With a budget of €2000, you determine your desired setup for your success: laptop, 2nd monitor, webcam, gaming mouse and mechanical keyboard? No problem! You choose, we deliver.
Own product
Through our own applications in the field of software development, you will learn on a living object instead of with boring, dry examples.
Inflation? Not with us.

Documents
You send us your application via application form or email with your CV and a short covering letter.

Answer
You will receive a guaranteed response to your application within 72 hours: either with a suggested date to meet you or with open words as to why it didn’t work out.

Get to know
At the first meeting, we talk face to face online and see if the chemistry, potential and expectations are right.

Code together
We meet again online shortly after the first meeting and code together. You don’t have to take any tests, it’s more about seeing whether we have the same understanding of IT and coding.

Employment contract
It’s all right, wonderful! You get an employment contract and can get started.
