Schunk was planning an innovative project: the development of an IoT Digital Twin<\/strong> as a SaaS application for end customers. The aim was to provide users with a platform on which they could both manage their data and conveniently control their locally installed hardware online. <\/p>

The project was in a sensitive phase, shortly before the first planned release. At the same time, the internal team was faced with new challenges: in particular, the complex data transfer from the existing SAP system to the new SaaS tool required additional time and resources.
